The Chandigarh National Means cum Merit Scholarship result has been declared. You can check the result by reading the information given.
The State Council of Education Research and Training (SCERT) announced the NMMS Chandigarh result. All those who appeared for the test can access the result by visiting the official website of SCERT for Chandigarh- scertchd.edu.in.
Every student must have their roll numbers available to check the result online. Just like every other online test result, it will have the student’s basic information. This includes their name, gender, roll number, category, and father’s name. Disability (if any), along with MAT (Mental Ability Test) and SAT (Scholarship Aptitude Test) marks and overall marks obtained.
The result will be in the form of a PDF file. According to the NMMS result, 85 students have passed the scholarship exam. The examination was held on November 8, 2023, at various exam centres all over UT.
The answer key was revealed on November 13 and the students were allowed to raise any query regarding the examination until November 19. The NMMS Chandigarh aimed to give 85 scholarships to students who deserved them.
NMMS Chandigarh’s structure was divided into two papers. The first paper was the MAT and the second was the SAT. 90 questions were included in each paper, and every question carried 1 mark, adding up to 180 marks in total.

This scholarship exam acts as an opportunity for students to gain financial support for their future studies. The program was especially introduced to tackle the rising dropout rates of students in class 8. Therefore, with the help of the scholarship, the selected students can continue their education to the secondary level.
The 85 selected candidates will be offered a scholarship of Rs. 12,000 per annum (Rs. 1000 every month). The State Bank of India will pay the amount. All the selected students should visit the site and avail the scholarship.
